Excellent architectural visualizations for the MAX-JOSEPH – Ü60-Wohnen am Park project

The submission plan has been approved, the work planning phase is underway – and we were allowed to realize the architectural visualizations for the visionary residential project MAX-JOSEPH Ü60-Wohnen am Park.

With the utmost care, high design standards and a keen sense of atmosphere, we have created a coherent overall picture that does justice to the innovative living concept: a place where barrier-free living, care, community and quality of life come together harmoniously.

What is created?

In the immediate vicinity of a spacious park, a high-quality ensemble with a clear architectural language, peaceful design and plenty of greenery is being created. Visualized were among others:

• 56 barrier-free apartments for people aged 60 and over

• 9 barrier-free apartments for employees and families

• Two outpatient assisted living communities with 24-hour care for 10 senior citizens in need of care each

• Common rooms, practice areas, offices

• A public daytime café – as a meeting place for residents and the neighborhood

Our pictures not only show the architecture in its external form, but also make you feel what life will be like there: open, calm, dignified – and full of opportunities for exchange and retreat in equal measure.

Visualization with attitude

Our architectural visualizations tell stories. They show more than just buildings – they show how rooms work, how light falls, how people move around. For this project, too, we listened carefully to what the architecture wanted to achieve and translated this goal into images.

We are delighted to have made a contribution to a housing model for our client Heimat Bayern Wohnbau GmbH that is not only functional and needs-based, but also human and forward-looking.
