Right next to the beautiful botanical garden in Greifswald, 138 contemporary apartments are being built using innovative construction methods.
Initially, four residential buildings with the “Sustainable Building” (QNG) seal of quality are being built in the city centre.
Lifestyle and climate protection for students and young adults. A smart investment for capital investors with a heart for environmental protection.
The one- and two-bedroom flats have 20 to 66 square metres of living space and modern fittings.
The flats offer ideal conditions for a new home on the Baltic Sea or a high-yield investment.
