We created a tender visualization for our client Grund Invest for the newly planned “Alanbrooke” urban quarter in the Riemekeviertel. 
Single-family homes and condominiums are planned in a natural location on the outskirts of Paderborn. With varied floor plans for different lifestyles, it is a project for young and old.
The center of the new residential quarter is a green oasis that runs through the development area and thus offers an attractive recreational space for the entire neighborhood.
