For this high-end residential development, we are producing a comprehensive visual presentation in the form of photorealistic 3D visualisations and animations.

The existing building is undergoing extensive refurbishment and will be extended through an annexe and an extension. A total of ten exclusive residential units will be created, with living areas ranging from approximately 49 to 125 m². As part of the refurbishment works, an underground car park with nine parking spaces will be constructed. In addition, each residential unit will have its own cellar.
