A new home is being created in beautiful Pankow on the border with the Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg in a peaceful, family-friendly environment. The modern “Quartier 49” is a new building ensemble with a total of 165 apartments. Protected and ideally shielded, the apartments rest with a wide view over Pankow’s tranquil allotment gardens and the Berlin cityscape.
