Munich – Neuhausen

The Maillingerstraße or Rotkreuzplatz subway stations on lines U1/U7 are just a few steps away.

Renovation of a magical townhouse in a quiet courtyard, as well as a shop unit in the front building of a beautiful and completely renovated old building. A building permit that has already been granted provides for the connection of both units. On a living space of around 112 m², spacious and individual room concepts are created on the ground floor and the upper floor.
